We visited the Labuan Bajo MOP mission in early December, 2023 and while there we spent time at the

apostolate where the brothers of the mission permanently care for 23 special needs boys/men. The boys suffer from various disabilities, including mental and physical, but they are mostly very loving and get very well cared for. Several of the boys were on their way to the local hospital (Siloam) where they receive regular checkups and medications when required.

Some photos of several of the boys we have posted below including two of Br Anthres, the very new superior of the mission who took over the role in September from Br John Prisca who is now posted at the MOP mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
