Time has gone fast this year and we are now trying to catch up on news and photos from the missions.

In April, Tony Harris, who has worked tirelessly for the Saburai Mission in Timor Leste with many of their building projects was given special recognition when he was made an associate of Missionaries of the Poor and received the MOP cross in a special ceremony. This post highlights the ceremony and his receival of the cross. In addition, we show you some of the wonderful statues that Tony organised to be transported from a de-consecrated church in Brisbane all the way up to Saburai. These statues will take pride of place in the new chapel that is under construction at Saburai. The chapel under construction is highlighted as the feature image of this post.

We will catch up next time
