We are trying to catch up with our posting from around the missions.

You may remember Br Rikardus and Br Matias who are two Indonesian brothers that were in the first cohort of aspirants way back in 2010/2011. These two brothers took their Perpetual Profession of Vows for the MOP brotherhood in Jamaica in June 2020. The pandemic restrictions did not allow them to return to Labuan Bajo last year so they have finally made their way back to Flores. Br Matias was delayed but Br Rikardus eventually arrived at the Labuan Bajo mission in early March of this year after spending time in quarantine in Jakarta.

As usual, a warm Flores welcome to this young man who has been away from his island home for 10 years.

We welcome him with every blessing. Do not be concerned, it definitely is Br Rikardus behind the mask!
