A very heavy and intense wet season was experienced in Timor Leste which commenced early, in October last year, and then went through to April of this year.
Over this time the building of the mission house at Saburai was significantly delayed. When Trevor visited the mission in late February, there was intense rain, fog and quite cold conditions at Saburai and at Maliana. Fortunately, the two brothers, Brs Andy and Lorenzo could still work on their building of a temporary accomodation at the top of the property.
In this post are some images taken during the wet season and then some taken in May just at the end of the wet season when building has finally re-commenced. Additionally, are included some images of the building of the temporary accomodation.
Blessings to all
Trevor and Tina
